A Strong Spring Market in Denver Real Estate
Let’s get this out of the way up front—yes, interest rates are high, and we don’t know for sure when that will change.
BUT, even with that, the Denver real estate market is STRONG, and there are many ways I can help you accomplish your goals even with the current rates.
There’s a lot of activity going on. Median sale prices are up between 2–4% over 2023. Anecdotally, I have gotten a seller a full-price offer while literally putting the “For Sale” sign in the ground. In the same week I got another seller and a buyer under contract on properties within walking distance of my office.
Like I said, there’s a lot of activity going on. And while it’s always about price, property, and location, it’s also about being prepared.
Important tip: It’s never too early to have a convo w/ me about your goals. In fact, the earlier the better! Why?
