Neighborhood Spotlight: Denver Highlands (Upcoming Listings!)

Picture this: the sun is shining, and you walk out of your new home to grab an iced latte at Novo roasters on 32nd, getting the caffeine fix you need to enjoy the day’s Farmer’s Market. You pick up fresh veggies for the week, then pop into Perfect Petal to grab the perfect birthday gift for your bestie. You drop everything off at your new place before heading back out to grab the 32nd Avenue bus to get downtown in time for the Rockies game.

Sounds nice, doesn’t it?

I paint this idyllic picture because I have several new listings coming up this summer, including in the Highlands, one of Denver’s most livable and walkable neighborhoods.

Here are three reasons I love the neighborhood:

1. Novo Coffee

https://novocoffee.com/

Novo is one of my favorite roasters in Denver, and it’s not just because of the coffee. Their space on 32nd boasts elegant design touches like a gorgeous brick wall and metallic finishes that make it a moody place to enjoy an espresso.

2. The Perfect Petal

https://theperfectpetal.com/

This place is amazing! They call themselves “a creative design community within a full service floral company,” and I call them a constant source of inspiration and tranquility on 32nd Ave. It’s a perfect place to find a small gift, and they can also bring it if you need flowers for a wedding or event. Small businesses like this abound in the Highlands, making it a truly unique neighborhood.

3. The 32nd Avenue Bus

Your chariot to downtown awaits if you’re in walking distance of this convenient option that takes you straight to Union Station. Cool off by the Platte River, catch a Rockies game, or try one of the amazing restaurants like Tavernetta and Ultreia. The Highlands is special in how it can retain a cozy neighborhood feel while keeping you close to all the action.

Keep an eye out in the next few weeks as these new listings (with some new builds!) start hitting the market, and if you want to get ahead of the summer crowds, call or text me today to set up a meeting!
