I’ve talked in the past about my experience with the duplexes of Tennyson—at this point I’ve been inside almost all of them, which gives me a unique perspective on the best layouts, the ones with the most deferred maintenance, and the most desirable blocks.

I think this helps make a home much more livable, especially in Colorado where you can enjoy your outdoor space year round (when the snow isn’t coming down!). Because duplexes share a wall they are not always well lit, but this one is sure an exception.

Neighborhood living
This property is situated on the north end of Tennyson Street, which is a little bit quieter while still remaining in walking distance of all the great local spots. This end of the street is close to Berkeley Lake, an outdoor oasis just outside the city, and just steps from local spots like Call to Arms Brewing Company and Atomic Cowboy. Tennyson Street is one of my absolute favorites in Denver—it’s why my office is at the south end of the block!
