Comparing Two Duplexes: Pros vs. Pros
I currently have two duplexes for sale, and each would make an excellent home!
One is off of Tennyson Street on Utica Street, and you already know that I’m an expert in the duplexes of Tennyson. The other is on King Street near Sloans Lake, one of the jewels of Denver. (Update: The Utica Street property is under contract, but I always have an eye on new duplexes coming on the market soon!)
Both properties boast amazing roof decks with mountain views for indoor/outdoor living, detached garages for space and convenience, and layouts you’ll love.
I thought I would explore a few specific pros of each to show you how paying attention to the details of what a home and neighborhood has to offer can help you find your ideal fit.
If you’d like to tour either of these please let me know ASAP, and if you’d like to talk more about finding the perfect home for you, let’s set up a meeting!
