The Denver Nook is Expanding a Little Bit!

I started my own Denver Nook real estate brand through Green Door Living because I wanted to provide personally tailored expert service to people without some of the challenges that can come along with big real estate companies, and I’m very proud that I’ve been able to make that dream come true.

In 2025, I’m welcoming a kindred real estate spirit to the team—meet Jenn Tammam!

Jenn, an avid mountain biker, yogi, and horse whisperer, not to mention a savvy real estate agent and investor, is bringing her own unique expertise to the Denver Nook team, making our small but mighty operation work even more powerfully for you.

Jenn has extensive experience buying and selling in Colorado’s mountain communities in addition to the greater Denver area, and her family has been in the real estate game since way back—check out this New York Times article from 1975 about Jen’s amazing grandmother!

One area where the Denver Nook stands out is in truly getting to know the people we work with so that we can make the real estate process work for them without stress and pressure. For Jenn, she wanted to bring the same altruistic spirit to real estate that she felt in a previous career developing drugs to treat cancer.

You’ll still call/text/email me (Liz!) for your Denver Nook needs, but behind the scenes we have a little bit more horsepower in coordinating and communicating throughout the important steps and sequence of a sale (which, believe it or not, is a place where a less personally focused agent can let things fall through the cracks).
